These terms apply to the "postiz" app operated by McCoy Built AI Solutions ("we", "us"), which uses the Instagram API with Instagram Login to schedule and publish posts through our self-hosted Postiz tool.
The app is for the operator's own use only. It is used solely to manage Instagram professional accounts owned or controlled by McCoy Built. It is not offered as a service to the public.
Anyone using the app must follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta's Platform Terms, and Meta's Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the content you post through the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will publish at a specific time.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, McCoy Built AI Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost data, content, or profits, arising from use of the app.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
